So we did our first ai + frnds event in Dubai where my friend, farza taught me how to make my first app with ai live in front of everybody

And it was awesome. For me and for the audience.

We thought it would be a one off event. But then I realized.

most people aren’t “bad with tech.” they just think ai is for younger people, coders, or startups.

For example, one of my university professors. he thinks he’s too old for AI.

So I thought it would be cool to teach him. live. on stage in front of an audience.

That’s when I started planning the Vancouver event (since I go to university here)

On feb 8 at 12:30 pm, we had 200 people come to my university lecture hall.

They watched me help my professor make his first website with ai and monetize it live.

We made a website for his new podcast and monetized a quiz for it.

My goal was to have people watch us and go home feeling like they can make something with ai too.

From a silly notes app to a multi million dollar mobile game. with 0 coding experience.

I hope they did.
